Default Jerkey Gear change

The gear changes in my STI 8 type uk feel very jerkey i thought it was just me at 1st but now im starting to notice it more and more, but im starting to wonder now if it cud b possibly plugs that are making it like thisas it doesnt feel very responsive sometimes. cheers Dan

My MY03 STi ppp gets jerky if I don't use Optimax. Stiff gearbox sounds like clutch drag.

Your STi type uk will probably not need its plugs changing for 3 years, on the other hand my MY03 STi 9 (jdm so will baffle you with the correct number sequence as the UK cars dont have a number sequence as my blobeye is acutally a v9 if you go there, ie all blobeyes are v9 but only jdm ones otherwise you dont half get confused to see what a v8 car is when its acutally a bugeye if you see what i mean? ) but mine needs 2 year changes as per the old system of 7.5/6 month services.

Its on just over 27k miles at the mo so tecnically they dont need doing for another 3k miles :s
