My MY03 STi ppp gets jerky if I don't use Optimax. Stiff gearbox sounds like clutch drag.

What sort of milage do the plugs usually need changing? Dan

Your STi type uk will probably not need its plugs changing for 3 years, on the other hand my MY03 STi 9 (jdm so will baffle you with the correct number sequence as the UK cars dont have a number sequence as my blobeye is acutally a v9 if you go there, ie all blobeyes are v9 but only jdm ones otherwise you dont half get confused to see what a v8 car is when its acutally a bugeye if you see what i mean? ;)) but mine needs 2 year changes as per the old system of 7.5/6 month services.
