Default cut out on full throttle

had a few hesitation problems recently. boost seems to surge high and low.changed the plugs, oil, bov , checked hoses etc. problem is still there. driving me mad. another problem has showed itself recently too. i think its connected to the hesitation. at high revs in 3rd 4th and fifth the car cuts out and then restarts after the revs fall. any ideas. much appreciated.

i ve been told it could be a knock sensor but i cant find it

A guess if the car is cutting at high revs/boost then this would suggest fuel cut by the ecu. This happens on over boost. Maby good to say if you have any mods etc.
