Default Wrong injectors or wrong adaptor kit?

I'm replacing my 480cc injectors with some Nismo's using one of Carl Davey's adaptor kits, but either the kit is wrong or the injectors, cause they won't fit...

Please check the pics here and let me know what you think, my car is a european MY98.
Note that there are no o-rings on the injectors, I just put them in the fuel rail so I could see how deep they _could_ go. On pic number 6 there is no adaptor on the injector, that's why it's so deep in.

The car is in the workshop awaiting the proper parts, HELP !!!!

Problem most probably found, I have the wrong set of o-rings. Just added a couple of new pics completely without the brown o-ring, looks a lot better now.
