Cleaned the boost solonoid valve and then reset the ECU - It took ages for the check engine light to start flashing and when it did it flashed an error code . It only flashed the sequence a couple of times before resseting back to the usual 1/2 1/2 flash rate.

So what next? Should I take it to the dealer or get the error code first - I have had no check engine lights, however the boost is playing up - i.e. When you accelerate it boosts to max then drops off for a few seconds then boosts back up; hence the valve clean.

BTW can you read the error codes without it resseting? Just curious as I didnt have time to write it down.
