I'm posting this problem for a friend who has a V reg WRX. iIt seems to judder as it hits 4500 rpm, this occurs in every gear. As far as he know the boost has'nt been played with however his boost gauge reads 13-14psi. The car is totally standard to his knowledge but this judder makes its undrivable.
Does any1 have any ideas??????

First thing to try would be to clean out the boost Solenoid.

If it's not that then it could be plugs or coil packs. I'm experiencing a very similar problem at the moment as are a few others.
