guys can you just clear something up for me,

i am aware that you dont really need a turbo timmer that i am righ tin thinking that if you drive out of boost for the last 5 min or so of hte journey that the car can be switched off on arrival or should you still let it tick over for a min or so

also if driving at 30 & 40 mph how long shjould you wait till the engine is warm enough to hammer it a bit

there is soo much talk of not doing it properly and causeing damaged turbo's etc it is just this is my first turbo'd car and i dont want to screw it up or sit like a lemon when it is not needed.

Yeah m8 just chillout 5 mins before you arrive to your destination. once your needle hits the right temp give it another 5 mins and you should be fine, you could always put your heater on and if its normal temp on hot you should be fine to give it some throttle.

ps: short journeys like 5/10 mins dont bother giving it throttle
