Default Scoobyecu Chip - should i run colder plugs

Been sucsessful last night in buying a scoobyecu chip from scott taylor.

Boost will now be 16.11 psi aprox so should i go buy a set of colder spark plugs? will the standard ones do.?

Should the plug gaps be changed now i'll be running more power?

No probs mate, i'm sure it will make a fair bit of difference as i've heard nothing but good things from people with these chips...

I think the map i'll be getting is one of scotts latest ones so it should be slightly improved over the older second hand ones that occasionally come up.

I have been after one of these chips since april this year, pm'd you with the price i paid but they can vary greatly. seen alot go for some big money... still cheaper than going to a mapper tho?

Colder plugs was my 3rd mod. Anything you can do to help reduce the chance of det is a good thing. I think my next engine mod will be water injection from SMC.

BTW, it usually helps to add what car your curious about.

Just want to check, the plugs i have found are listed for an sti. are there any differences in the plugs between that and the UK model.

I wouldn't have thought so personally but i want to check just to be sure.
