Alternator belt squeaking

Alternator belt squeaking
I have tightened it a couple of times now , so I'm assuming it's one of the other components, how do you know whether its the Alternator or power steering,
Then if something needs replacing how much? and where from...........subaru main dealer?
The belt itself is only a year old, it only ever squeaks when I pull away in first.
