You will need to get one from either a TD05 or TD04 - they both have the same cracking pressure. It's just the vacuum hose connections are different sizes, wich won't really matter.
There are also 2 different types, adjustable (with an "E" clip) and non-adjustable (with an "R" clip.)
If you look at the actuator arm on the exhaust housing of your TD05, if there is a small hole in the pin, you need the "R" clip type. If the pin is grooved, then you need the "E" clip type.

any ideas where i can get one from? Just had a look at the turbo and on the exhaust housing the small pivot arm where the link bar attaches to has a small hole in it,not sure what you meant about grooved hole but im going to need the actuator, link bar and the clip to hold the bar in place.I just need to try and find somewhere that i can get it all from (i dont hold out much hope)

You need the actuator with the smaller hole, and an 'r' clip to hold it on, which is what my 05 had originally, i then had trouble with the actuator, and fitted the one off my 04...... which was the other design, i had to weld the hole up in the 04 actuator, and then redrill it the right size..... which then meant that i could adjust the pressure on the wastegate....
Spot on now.....
PS, new actuators are not cheap..... try to find a cheap 04 turbo complete and have the one off that!
