Narrow to wideband
If I change my narrowband Lambda with a wideband how will it effect the ecu? will it still try for 14.7 afr or will the different scale confuse it?
I want to monitor my afr's properly and as we know narrowband only gives a rough idea of afr

The wideband options available from Innovate Motorsports have two analogue outputs that you can set to output a voltage anywhere between of 0-5v, if you choose to replace the factory sensor with the supplied wideband set one of these outputs to simulate a NB sensor and wire into the factory harness and your ECU sees no difference.
Now.....here's the good bit
not only are you now getting the true AFR but you can set the NB sim to switch at a higher AFR than the factory sensors 14.7 to improve fuel economy when in closed loop fueling.
Many people on here use them, I have used the LM-1, then LC-1 and I'm now back on the LM-1 with the added inputs of their AuxBox so I can log EGT/CHT.
They are available in the UK from Mocom Racing & GGR.

Techedge also does all of the above and the Narrowband simulated output works straight out of the box. Also RPM input plus 3 aux inputs and 3 egt inputs are std.
Nothing wrong with the innovate just pointing out an alternative.

Thankyou for the information. I'm not in the market for one just wanted to get a price comparison to compare the Techedge with the Innovate products I have and I guess it's useful for anyone who wants to use the search function.
Can the price of the Techedge not be put up here as I've asked for the information? For info my LM-1 was £250 but as I'm sure you're aware cannot log EGT without the AuxBox or at the very least the AD595 meaning I had to get their Auxbox which was an additional £150.

I PM'd you some prices, don't really want to post numbers but you would get a really nice techedge system for the price he mentioned, cheaper (but still fully functional) systems are also available.
