IHI VF28 will it fit on my my 00
Hi there
im having car my car mapped in a few weeks and need to know if a IHI VF28 turbo will fit my my 00, my my 00 currently has a tdo4. will i have to the IHI VF28 converted to front entry

yes mate, i've just fitted a VF28 to my MY99.
The first map got spot on 300bhp & 290 torque @ 19 psi peak dropping to 16psi.
Just need to play with the map a bit to sort the boost out.

My VF28 went straight on, 30k later with no remap she still goes like starship enterprise oh and ran 312 @ PE or 286 @ SRR for the figure concious

You only need new banjo bolts and metallic oil/water feeds to the turbo as the old are different size from your new turbo which due to ball bearing has different flow requirements!
Of course it works without it!
