Coolant and fuse box locations?

Coolant and fuse box locations?
Yes sound very basic questions i know
, but there seems to be 2 places where i can top up the coolant, one is a silver tank on the left hand side, the other in the far right hand corner next to the headlamp, which one?
Also trying to locate the fuse for the window washers and IC Spray, can any1 help?
