Smokey Cambell

As per the title there is what looks to be oil leaking in the drivers side wing/wheel arch. It's definitely not the shock leaking and it's nothing to do with the brakes. The engine bay is completely dry but there's this bloody leak that I'm worried about. The only thing I can see is a small black cylinder next to the air filter that has "2nd stage purge on it". Coming out of this and going into the wing is a small pipe, I'm not sure if this is an overflow? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
