clutch fluid
evenin' all
Got a slipping clutch, and im hoping that a bleed and change to 5.1 fluid will make a difference.
Couple of questions,
Mainly... what is the capacity?
(its a '93 WRX by the way)
Secondly, anything special i need to know about doing it??
Ta!

hmmmm, i did fear that myself...
... but i heard that the clutch fluid can sometimes over-heat due to the proximity of the reservoir to the turbo, (or a part of thr turbo!)
it does seem to happen more when the engine is hot, so i thought replacing fluid with something of a higher boiling point might at least help????

Your clutch plate is under pressure all the time from the pressure plate. If the fluid over heats all it does is stop the clutch from disengaging fully when you press the pedal, it does not help with applying pressure to the plate.
