Default Prodrive Performance Package Question

I have a pretty good idea of what the PPP consists of but need it clarifing not just for myself but for all other prople slightly unsure of what it exactly consists of.

I have a 2001 uk classic and think this is what the PPP consists of-

Rubber intercooler hoses
Upgraded ECU
Prodrive center de cat with resonator
Prodrive back box.

If i have missed anything please add to the list as a complete correct list would be a helpful post for anyone who may be unsure.

I have heard that it may also consist of prodrive springs and different turbo although i think this is rubbish and i am not convinced.

Also what is the purpose of the rubber hose to the intercooler exactly.

Thanks

That about sums it up, the intercooler pipes were changed, because the hard plastic ones had a tendency to split when running higher boost.

Not sure if the restrictor was changed in the T pipe

I can't remember off the top of my head but Prodrive release figures stated on my 99 spec running on superunleaded would take down 0-60 time to 5.1 sec

I've searched the prodrive website 240ps and 350Nm

I don't think the restrictor is changed. May be wrong though. The hose is changed for a silicone one, not rubber

Consider whether its worth it on a car with no warranty left. Unless you get the bits cheap, second hand, its cheaper to go aftermarket.

Either way, once the modding bug bites.....................................

Take a look at some of the more well known tuners web sites for more ideas.

Theres some good links to third party suppliers at www.sidc.co.uk
