There seems to be a really anoying rattle behind my dash. It sound like a relay switching on and off very fast but only when acelerating. If I boot it its not there but only when the engine is under light load. Does anybody have any ideas, its coming from around the stereo heater area. I havent noticed this before and am worried it could lead to something seriose and am positive its a relay.

 

Are you sure it's not the turbo heat shield coming loose? Notorious for doing so, and situated just behind the dash in the engine compartment............
