misfire/hesitation

misfire/hesitation
hi guys
ive a got a my93 wrx import and recently its started to misfire at around 4-5 thou normally in 3rd or 4th but will do it in 1st sencond but i rarely rev it out in these gears
only mods are a cone filter and 3" system with std downpipe i run it on optimax + nos octane booster
it also appears to be down on power but this could just be me getting used to it any ideas?
it was serviced about 3months ago at scooby mania it had a full major service inc cambelt done circa 8k since
