I'm swapping a 6C ECU (MY04 PPP map) with a std 6C that'll be remapped by ZEN PERFORMANCE.

My dealership tried to swap the ECUs over today.
They coded the std ECU, swapped the PPP ECU back but couldn't get it to allow ignition.
Apparently the key code cycles over and won't be a common code to both ECUs.
The PPP ECU has been recoded so I can drive again.

Anyone know if key coding can be done via Ecutek?
If so then I can do the coding during the remap rather than drive 50 miles out of my way.

Yes it can, the keys can only be coded to one ecu though, if you have a spare key meybe code that to one and the normal key to the other until you are sorted ?

Thanks Bob,
I'll fit my goodies, drive like a granny to Paul on the PPP ECU, fit the std item and ask him to recode it as part of the remap.
I thought that perhaps the recode was done with a special Subaru device.
