blitz dont do a 3.5 exhaust and u dont need an exhaust that big man, as good as japs are they have a tendancy to put on "big" things that have no positive effect, they sometimes come over with the strangest of exhaust systems, ur putout is very very low indeed, if its a 99 wrx it should be close to 280bhp! i or nobody else can really helpo u here u shud get it checked out asao, is it standard turbo and injectors and fuel pump??? larger of all would be needed to get high power man, a 2.5" system is good for well over 330bhp let alone a 3" or 3.5"! doesnt make sense to me, but then again i dont know the car, whats it boosting at?

If it's only running 10psi boost, thats why you have low power readings..... standard is roughly 14-15psi......

Standard on that year is roughly about 11 - 12 psi peak, not a high boosting car as standard.
Fuel cut is just over 14 psi.
