Throttle Idle Valve, Yawn!!
Sorry boring thread but is this the throttle idle valve (long'ish story on surrey scoobies),

Yep looks like an idle control valve to me

Thats idle control valve and it cost me with sidc dicount over 200pound for a small object like that
