Default Custom made exhaust pipework?

Hi All,

Has anyone on here gone down the route of custom made exhaust parts, decat sections etc?

I'm trying to work out if there are any benefits of going down this route - like is it going to be any cheaper ?

A company called BlueFlame offer this service near me, has anyone tried them?

Comments appreciated
Frank

Why not ask them for a price rather than ask us who are not specialists in that area. I would have thought that a one off system will cost more than a mass produced item.

Have had 2 custom made exhausts put on both my currant and previous scooby, The only thing I would say is that they chop the original brackets of your old exhaust and use them, so you will not be able to keep your original exhaust or cats, The good things are that you can choose what design you want and how loud you want it,

I paid £90 for a decat midsection on my currant car and have paid £300 for a decat midsection and big jap style backbox on my old classic.

23£ Stainless Steel 3" pipe(2mt)
7£ for mandrel bents
15£ for laser cut flanges
28£ Argon Welding Flanges

Total 73£. but the price valid for Turkey

Yikes, don't like the sound of that. Will ring them and check first I thinks.

Hi Harvey,

Yes, there are many scoobies in here except limited editions(1994-2006). The scoobies that you call "UK" is "GT" in here.. Unfortunetly, there is no mapper, no reputable tuner in here but labour is so cheap.(i.e clutch change 25£- spring install 10£ etc) I'm in the capital city, cheers from Ankara.
