OIL & STUFF
Go and see YANGUS, if you dont know where he is PM me ill tell you.
He will advise you and let you watch.
If its still in roasting out there, make sure you change the oil every 3000kms.

same old question, one that I dont blame you not searching for as there must be 10,000 threads on the subject all with differing answers.
I don't know much about oil but during the time I been on here reading a **** load of those threads and talking to other peeps I have come to the following conclusion that I use in my own scoob.... any fully synthetic 10W-40, 15W-50 from Motul, Silkolene, Millers etc... is good (not mixing them of course) and a new genuine oil filter at every change. Judging by your username I dont think you are going to have to worry too much about very cold tempreture engine protection
If you got a couple of days to kill do a search and make your own mind up, LOL
oilman (who lots of peeps wont use) and Alyn @ ASPerformance are both cheap.

I use Motul 300v 15-50 in mine, have for the last 30 months, Normally get that from demon-tweeks, I've also used beech hill garage (Advertise in the scoobynet shop) and the last lot I got from oilman.
Have to say all were a pleasure to deal with, next day delivery and price has always been good.
