All you catch tank experts--Is this how to fit one??
Hi, Sorry for the massive picture, cant seem to resize it, quick question, i've labeled here on my subby, where i think the catch plugs into, i've read thousands of threads, and this is my end thought?
Can anyone tell me if this is right, many thanks in advance

This is a surprisingly difficult task to explain but not do.
You may have been to my project thread, but search on there and you will find a diagram which shows the circuit modified.
It is a huge thread but it is about 8 pages in iirc. and is all about a bhp mod to my Sti v3.
Graham.

Hi
Yeh i have been to page several times... excellent thread but im still stuck.
I dont want to do a breather as have read that off boost can cause issues. Simply want to create a circuit to trap the oil vapours/ sludge passing through.
It all is a bit jaargon to me as in 't into crankcase etc'.
Just need basically for some1 to showw me on my engin bay where to connect up to....

looking at your picture the gases are coming from the pipe by the intercooler and going into the inlet pipe to be reburned. so you need to go from intercooler end to catch can then from catch can to inlet pipe. Or you can blank off inlet pipe end and take pipe from catch can down under car.

Agree thats the idle control valve.
Just join the 2 rocker breathers together and tee to the catch tank, then tee the crankcase breather into that or straight back to catch tank..plug the inlets
