Are Hot or Cold Dumps Better ?
Can remember what flows better/quicker hot air or cold air?
Going to fit a new intercooler and was thinking what side of it to fit the dump valve to.
I know that Pre 96, it was on the hot side. After then on the cold side.

dump valve should be as close to the throttle plate as possible, that makes it by design on an Impreza .... coldside
As Harvey says, hot air flows better, but has no bearing on the placement of the DV.
