Question NGK PRF7B plug gap..?

Just got hold of some NGK PRF7B plugs for my 05 WRX. What should the electrode gap be and is it ok to check using std feeler gauge as the electrode looks a little delicate..?

0.7mm should be fine.

Just be careful when sliding the feeler into the gap
