Default Help with check engine light and Apexi ECU?

I have a 1995 WRX and have had an apexi ecu installed for the last couple of months, last night drove home and car started juddering then the check engine light came on and car stalled, have tried looking around engine bay for wires off or hoses to no avail. Car starts and stalls straight after and check engine light comes on, any ideas?

Fuel pump prims ok and then goes off

Do you have a commander... if so what are the volatges like for all the sensors. Do they look normal? Are all the switches working too (got to etc<sensor/Sw).

Sounds like what it does if the map sensor is discounted while using OEM control. But you say the map sensor signal is fine....????

With ignition on, not running it should be about 2.6V for MAP, MAF 400mV etc. Could you give us all the voltages shown on the etc>sensors screen.

Tony.
