I would like to hear who is making big power on a UK STi with stock internals, heads, cams, etc. Either someone on this board or anyone you've heard of. I'd like to see what this engine is capable of compared to the JDM counterpart and what it takes to get it there. Thank you.

Thank you. If those are simple packages, then I assume that there are people out there who have made much more power than that, even on stock internals. Do you know what turbo is used for the first 2 kits? Is that an APS SR55 or 65 maybe? I've never seen them referred to as a "WRC 450". Thanks again.

the Racing lines turbo is either a Garrett Hybrid or a Mitsubishi Hybrid turbo, the APS SR series are also available from them as they are APS distributors. WRC use an APS SR40 or SR55 (depending on future HP goals)
Scoobymania's package was tested on a JDM STi 7 bugeye that have forged pistons as standard.

Not exactly 'daily driver' kits i take it, wonder where those turbos reach full boost? 4500rpm+? Some of them dont even come with bigger injectors, just ' uprated fuel lines ' lol. Must be running rediculous fuel pressure.
IMO you could put a better setup together for cheaper, good figures though, good for pub talk anyway.
