Default Clutch change = power loss, help please

Just changed the clutch on my p1, everything seems fine, car drives a1, just down on power/ possibly boost ( no guage ). During the change the battery was disconnected.

Cant find any vacuum/boost leaks or anything obvious.

Any ideas?

um... jumped in the car for work this morning and its back to normal?? could the ecu take 50 miles to ' re learn ' ?

Does seem to make more of a noise when building boost but it could just be me.

Any info?

ok... this has turned into an itermittent problem. I got a vaccum line diagram and im gonna check them all on the weekend, maybe one popped off while changing the clutch. Wouldnt this cause a dodgy idle / other problems ? The spool up does seem to be louder than before, maybe a split in the turbo - intercooler / ic- im hose ?

Any ideas for easy checks before the weekend?
