Default Starting problems

Okay guys, im hoping you can help me ou here.
Ive got a 95 WRX with an odd starting problem, some times when ive been on a quick blast the car wont start again after i shut it off, then out of now where it starts again, it just turns over, and over but will not fire, leave it for 20 mins and its fine, som times it just takes a few mins, but others, like to day its been sat over night and now it wont fire at all, just keeps turning over without "catching".

Ive got on the car
Apexi PowerFC ecu and AVCR Boost controller,
HKS Spark plugs,Induction and Exaust ( downpipe and decat )
Uprated Fuel pump
FSE Fuel regulator

but it just decided one day to start acting up, ive never had a problem with it before, just i the past few months, i was thinking it could be the imobiliser, but there are no signs of anything like that, it would either work or not, not be intermitent..

Any ideas?

cheers

I would personally change the plugs, the hks from what i have read are not very good plugs at all. Change them for the ngk 6b or 7b
