scooby just cut out dead
just drivin home from work doin about 20mph, went to put my foot down and nothin there just completly dead tried to start again and theres a strange noise like theres somethin turning but under pressure, its not even tryin to turn over, ive got the ignition lights on, ive checked the belt and thats tight so i dont have any idea. the AA came out to me and towed me home so i will get into a garage tomoz. as anyone else come across a simaler sort of problem, please try and help cheers scott. P.S i think this sounds expensive.

i had that once
the cam pully sensor had come loose (on passenger side by top pully)
scared the crap out of me at the time cos i was in the righthand lane on a bussy roundabout, **** knows how i got out of that with out even a sinle honk at me!!!

you cant tow awd cars, so i understand it will damage your gearing.

i did tell the women on he phone i would need a low loader but she said they would deal with that when they where there and seen what the problem was, anyway when the guy got there he seemed to no what he was talkin about and as i was only a few minitues from my house he said it can be towed but you have to do under 10mph, hopefully will be ok
