How about an Exedy organic clutch, don't know if there any good but i've been looking at them for mine this is about the best price i've found so far:

Slightly cheaper than an AP.
I think a paddle clucth is generally used for racing, don't think there is much of a bite point more like on or off. Supposed to be hard for parking etc.
