Default Throttle Stuck

What it the most likely cause of my throttle sticking? It wasn’t a mechanical stick because the car was revving between 2000 and 3500rpm. Was sat in traffic so just turned it off and restarted, which seems to have fixed it. It’s been fine coming to work this morning.

TPS sits on top of the throttlebody, you might wanna clean the butterfly in the intake on the throttlebody to, where the hose is connected to the IC
