cheers mate im glad of that,im sure the fuel pump was not at its best for awhile cos the car was hesitating on boost, will the better ,more powerfull fuel pump improve performance?

thanks

I believe the Newage ones are better than the classics, there has been some speculation on the walbro 255 overpowering the OE regs, so your car might run a bit richer if it does. Richer AFR's on boost will reduce performance (like for like)

if the old one is a little tired then maybe but other than that no because the fule reg should be doing its job
but often people that i know who have fitted them have said that it improved response more than anything.

also with your mods i dont think youll need to worrie about a rich mixture if anything it will be a little safer
