Default Flywheels ?

Hi all, anyone had a lighter flywheel fitted to a uk turbo ? Only asking because i read somewhere that it effectivley improves spool up time ? Any ideas of price also ? Oh and does anyone know the correct torque split front and rear on a my97 uk turbo ? Thanks in advance.

My advise would be to not go for any lighter than about 6/7KG. API sell skimmed and balanced original ones for about £150 I think. I didnt feel much improvement when I got my 4.3KG Fidanza one fitted but other seems to think that it makes the world of difference.

As for torque split I believe its 40/60 - front/back but I could be wrong.

I have an MRT 4.5kg one fitted and TBH I reckon it is to light, if I could replace it I would go for teh 6-8kg one instead.
