Doing a few mods to the car over the next few weeks and reckon that I'll need a new set of injectors to make the most of it. It's a my99 sti5 type r and at present has,

Full 3" decat
Walbro pump and fse fpr
STI panel filter
Apexi PFC

But over the next few weeks I'll be adding

TD05/06 20g
FMIC (probably hybrid)
Ported headers and up-pipe
and ........injectors

My question is what size/make do I go for? Will 550's be plenty or would they be starting to max out at that spec. I may mod the car a little further in the future and wouldn't want to have to start again with new ones.

Also where is best to buy?

I should think 550s could handle anything a TD06/06 20G could throw at them, so unless you will be going even bigger with the turbo, 550s

I have a near identical spec expect for HKS headers and Link ecu, and i use Power enterprises 550's my car currently make 383/340 at 1.5bar on BP ultimate, I'm sure there good for 430/440bhp maybe more if you up the fuel pressure.

550's will suffice, certainly don't up the fuel presure especialy if running a Walbro, increase injector size to cope and keep max fuel pressure at 5 bar. Just re-mapped a UK car this am using that spec with no problems, the 20G is a 380 ish turbo on std Optimax if associated mods support. Bin the FSE and revert to std btw or fit an SX.

Right, 550's it is then. Just need to find some now.
