hi any1 any ideas where i can get a hi flow sports cat from and any idea of cost

See quite a few second hand prodrive sports cats FS from Sti's - pay between £100 - £200.
Look through FS on here or on ebay..

If you just want the cat in a short length of pipe, WRC technologies sell the APS 3" one for £180 IIRC. To be of much use, you'd either need to have the matching exhaust, or fit a flange to the existing pipe where you want to put the cat.
