Default poor running

Does anyone have any ideas on why a MY93 will run fine off boost but is really poor on boost?

as soon as the boost comes on it seems to miss then pulls strongly to full boost. its really annoying

Not usre, but my '93 is quite jerky when you're on/off boost quickly - waiting to overtake for example. I put it down to the elderly ECU design.
If it's a serious miss though it might be something bigger

You haven't had the ECU reset have you? I did mine recently and its still erratic on boost as it advances the ignition. I didnt think it would take this long. Must be about 60 miles now.

check out this weblink, it explains what connectors to do. your other option is just to disconnect to battery for 30min
