Default ecu upgrade question

hi i was just wondering what would be a suitable upgrade ecu for my 94 wrx sti import my ecu is 22611 aa810 a18-000 ry7 4427 or is mine good enough cheers will

Personaly I would stick to the 08 98 numbers,

And defo get a cocklink!

why whats those numbers off mate also whats a cocklink im new to the scooby engine cheers will

Will,

Please ignore him, sad fact of life on Scoobynet unforunately.

Knocklink is the gauge you are looking for, tells you if the engine is knocking. An early warning system.

The ECU code you need is something along the lines of Z4 or U8 etc. then you can get a ScoobyECU or the likes to remap it.
