Default STI PPP afterburner vortex

Can anyone confirm if swapping the PPP backbox on a brand new STI UK PPP will effect the engine managment and also if a desilenced centre section would have a negative impact.

Also would these H&S parts fit straight on from a 53reg spec car?

many thanks
Alex

Will fit perfectly and won't affect the engine management. Have the Vortex with non-resonating centre and centre-decat pipe. No problems what so ever with boosting or any other engine management issues. A remap is only really needed if you change the downpipe / up-pipe.

Does this include the dowpipe in the vortex kit with the centre and backbox, ie keeping the cat. I was hoping that mine wouldn't need a remap when i get the full system. Any thoughts?

You will find that it makes more noise but produces less power if you change the centre section and rear silencer.
