both of the OE front seats are removed?

i intent to replace the drivers front seat with a cobra monaco, and when on track remove the passenger seat all together....

is there anything i can do? im not 100% sure if it will even come on but i would have thought it would?

On my MY03 WRX I changed my airbag seats for non-airbag. The airbag light is now on.

AFAIK you have three options -

buy a 'fix' dongle which plugs into the now redundant airbag lead (seem to remember them around £35???),

or

use a 2.2 ohm resistor across the airbag lead connectors,

or

completely deactivate the light with software (think you can do it with Subaru select??)

Be interested in anyones views about these mods as I need to turn my airbag light off!!

my airbag light is also on since replacing steering wheel and seats - but will sort later. Their is a boss that you can buy fro japan that includes the resistor and keeps the stalk turn cancel function - I will send you details if required - but it works out at 100 opposed to 35 for a sparco type boss
