Boosting varies ?

From: In the middle somewhere and No i'm not a Brummie
Why would the boost cut vary,running blitz ebc on td04 (at the moment)
But sometimes it boosts upto 1.18bar no fuel cut other times 1.14 bar ?
The question being why does it change ? is it spiking or is it down to air density\temperature or any ideas ?
Ive been told its spiking and to adjust the actuator rod ?
Any ideas and comments welcome

I know 0.04 bar isnt a lot but why does it vary ?
It use dto push 1.2 bar without fuel cut or spike ???
