MY93 bonnet vents blanking plates...
The mini vents are covered up with plates - whats this for and will it have a detrimental effect if i remove them? thanks in advance...

Those vents are just for show. If you remove the plates it won't help cooling or anything else but it will let water onto your electrics. I've also heard that it can affect the air flow to the intercooler.
