Default rb5 spark plugs

need to change the spark plugs on a rb5 wr sport with ppp, which spark plugs should i use and what tools are needed to change them

Ive been told to use NGK 7s.

apparantly the bosch F5DPOR is equivalent to the PFR7B I have bought a set an will let you know how they compare to my PFR6B's which I currently have.
