Default Wastegate test

Is there any easy way to check the opening pressure of a wastegate? Also, what should the opening pressure be for a vf24 on a type R Version 4

Connect a tube from the turbo outlet straight to the actuator(bypassing the boost solenoid) and then see what level the boost will get to on a run(im presuming you allready have a boost gauge)-this will show the operating pressure of the actuator, which is about 0.5 bar usually.
