Impreza, After A Good Run, It Wont Start Again
Hi,
Need some Help,
Got a Impreza In today with a starting poblem,
After about a 2-3 Mintute Drive or run from cold, then switch it off, it wont start again, you have to leave it for about 30 Mintues to start again.
Any Idea's anyone.
Any Help Will be much Appreciated.

It's almost definitely the crank position sensor, if not then the cam sensor. I had exactly the same on mine, and when I went and ordered a new one the dealer described the symptoms exactly without me saying a word. A case of "They all do that Sir" I think.
If you have some then spraying the sensor liberally with freezer spray (used for electronic circuit testing, or by plumbers to freeze pipes) will usually allow the car to be started and you to identify the correct sensor
