Default plugs

going to change my plkugs, its been 10k miles and with the prospect of a mapping session looming it might be a prudent move.
are we still raving about NGK pfr7b's as before?
I saw a few peeps heading over to 7Q's.

also, where's the best place to get them? Alyn at AS?

finally, WRT: leads, hows best to check their integrity? I was thinking of just soaking a cloth in WD40 and giving them a thouroughly good wiping before refitting.
what do you lot reckon?

Andy
