RATTLE ON LIFT OFF
I`VE been wondering this for a while but could not explain it lol thats why i have not put post up on here asking what the hell the rattle is when i lift offf the loud peddle, i know this might sound daft and excuse me for being a little thick lol but where are the heat shields for the headers i.e is it under the enigine side the engine, what? BTW what is TMIC??

Top Mount Inter Cooler.
Also the slight rattle on lift off can be a heat shield (Around your Turbo or around you manifold) or your waste gate becoming loose over time,you havent said what year your car is or the mileage.

)Sounds stupid, but my myoo did a similar thing, found out it was one of the head gaskets makeing a noise under pressure.
