I just found this on the Apexi japanesse web (try babelfish for a crap but still usefull translation):

I have seen it on this years Tokyo Autosalon however it is not as good as the Power FC. Is has got less functions.
However one good news is that Apexera (the new Name of Apexi) is going to release the Power FC Tuning Software for everyone!!! First only in Japanese but I believe the States will follow it with an english Version. Should be something like the FC Datalogit but maybe even better.
