Default Tyre pressure checking... hot or cold..?

Can someone remind me if you should check tyre pressure on a cold or hot tyre..?

I'm positive it's cold but not 100% sure..!

Also, given the scoobs tendancy to understeer (or is that front end skid... sorry..! ) has anyone tried slightly higher pressure in the back than front..? I know it's usually the other way around.

Cheers,

Jason

I have 18's with 215/35

I put them at 34.5 front and 32.5 rear

Obviously on track they would need to be a hell of a lot higher!

If its raining I tend to drop them about 1psi all round (yeah fussy)

Just a point on track day pressure's, on m/bike's i've alway's been told to drop the pressure a couple of psi, cos the tyre's working harder and running hotter, the air inside expand's thus raising the pressure back to a higher level !!!
